C&N Brothers : Book an Inspection Trip
Why arrange a viewing trip?
Viewing trips are a vital part of buying a home overseas. The main reason, of course, is to allow viewing of available properties, enabling the client to compare properties in their settings and to make an educated and considered decision on the type of property that will suit them the most. Secondly, it is crucial to know the location of the property, and to explore the different regions.
Once you've made up your mind about buying a property in Cyprus, then it's time to book an Inspection trip. An Inspection visit gives you the opportunity to see the properties first hand as well as getting to know the areas. Your visit will also include the opportunity to visit points of interest including beaches and golf courses etc. as well as the local amenities.
Before arriving in Cyprus, we will clarify your requirements. We will match these to ensure you are shown the correct type of properties and locations to match your budget.
Location
Cyprus has the most diverse landscape in the Mediterranean and dependent on the region, the flora changes quite dramatically, from the grassy meadows and dense forests found in the foothills of the Troodos Mountains, to the golden sands and unspoilt beaches of the coast, Cyprus has views to suit all tastes. One must remember that with year-round sunshine, the majority of your time will be spent outside, so although the property itself is vitally important, the local scenery and amenities will be of prime importance as well. C&N Brothers can show to clients quality vetted properties and developments in your chosen locations.
How much does it cost and what is included?
Inspection trips are offered for CY£95.00 per person.
